摘要

摘要:为了研究液压舵机本体结构的动力学响应对导弹液压舵机系统工作稳定性的影响,以液压舵机系统的工作原理为基础,建立了基于多平台的液压舵机系统机电液一体化模型,分析了包括活塞、连杆、曲柄结构的舵机动力学模型,计算了正常工作状态下液压舵机部件的承载力;并运用有限元法得到了液压舵机本体结构的振动特性。结果表明,一体化建模技术能比较准确的描述舵机本体结构的动力学响应特性,在产品研制过程中有较大的工程应用价值。

Abstract

In order to analyze the influence of dynamic response of hydraulic rudder structure on stability of the hydraulic rudder under working condition,in this paper,the integrated model of the hydraulic rudder was established based on the working principle of hydraulic rudder. The dynamic model of the hydraulic rudder,including the piston,the links,and the crank structure,was analyzed. Based on the boundary condition with load which can be calculated from the integrated model,the vibration characteristic of the hydraulic rudder struc ture was analyzed. The results show the vibration characteristic of hydraulic rudder can be exactly described by the integrated model tech nology and finite element method,which can offer some value in manufacture.
