In order to explore the movement of piezoelectric vibrator in the airway when projectile flying, in this paper, we do a theoretical analysis and numerical simulation for the flow and structure part of the generator's fluid-solid coupling problem. In order to obtain the deformation of structural elements, using the method of finite element and fluid-solid interface in ANSYS and CFX, single-coupling and inter-coupling calculation of structural and fluid analysis was realized, and the two fluid-structure interaction methods are compared, finally obtained in the high-speed air-driven deformation of the solid structure of relatively large, leading to shape the boundaries of the flow field had a relatively large change in distribution of flow field, should adopt the two-way fluid-solid interface approach to simulation.
