摘要

为了分析全复合材料裙和网格复合材料裙两种裙结构的性能特点,文中建立了全复合材料裙和网格复合材料裙的三维有限元模型,并分别进行了稳定性分析,得到了两种裙的屈曲临界载荷值和一阶屈曲模态;同时对全复合材料裙和网格复合材料裙进行了轴向压缩试验,计算结果和试验结果都表明在长度、质量相同的情况下,后者的刚度明显高于前者。

Abstract

In order to analyze the characteristic of full composite skirts and grid composite skirt, a 3D FEM model of full composite skirts and grid composite skirts was built, and stability of them was analyzed to gain the critical buckling load and primary mode. Axial compression test was performed, and the calculation and test results show that, with same mass and length, the stiffness of grid composite skirts is obviously larger than that of full composite skirts.
