摘要

在实验的基础上,运用数值仿真方法研究了长径比约为1:1钨柱的着靶姿态对40Cr钢板侵彻效应的影响。获得了入射角与极限穿透速度的关系,以及侵彻速度相同时,入射角与穿透靶板后剩余速度的关系。在此基础上研究了同种规格的钨柱侵彻不同厚度的均质装甲钢和40Cr钢板时极限穿透速度的关系,得到了两者速度比为1.13:1的结论,为寻求低成本等效靶板提供了有效试验依据。这些研究成果对破片毁伤战斗部的设计具有实际指导意义。

Abstract

On the basis of experimental research, penetration effect of the targeting attitude of tungsten column whose length-diameter ratio is 1:1 target on 40Cr target was studied by numerical simulation. The relationship between incident angle and the limit penetration velocity, and the relationship between the incident angle and residual velocity after penetrating target were got. At the same time, limit penetration velocity of tungsten penetrator with the same specifications but different thickness between homogeneous armor steel and 40Cr steel was studied. The conclusion is that two speed ratio is 1.13:1, providing the basis for seeking the low equivalent target. The results have actual guiding significance on fragment damaging warhead.
