摘要

文中对楔形自锁防振机构的发射安全性影响进行了分析并给出校核方法。详细分析了楔形自锁防振机构的原理特性,通过尺寸链计算出最大变形量,并采用有限元法计算出,通过对最大正压力的计算分析,得出楔形自锁防振机构的发射分离安全性分析方法。通过具体算例说明了此方法的正确性,并结合计算结果给出了楔形自锁防振机构的适用范围。

Abstract

The separation safety of wedged self-locking anti-vibration mechanism was analyzed and the checking methods were given in this paper. Through the detailed analysis on the principle of the mechanism and the biggest deformation calculated by dimension chain as so as the maximal positive pressure calculated by using finite element method, the analysis method of the separation safety of wedged self-locking anti-vibration mechanism was put forward by the calculation and analysis of the maximal positive pressure. The numerical example shows that the method is correct and with the calculated results, the applicable scope of the mechanism is given.
