摘要

激光引信射激光束的发散角是激光引信中重要参数,决定着激光引信探测目标的范围,需要准确测量。文中在分析射激光束特点的基础上,重点介绍了焦面法测量激光束发散角的原理和装置,提出了几项保证准确测量所需的关键技术,如CCD积分区域的合理选取,背景噪声的去除等。实验得出的测量结果及其不确定度,证明了所用测量方法及技术的可靠准确性。

Abstract

It is essential to accurately measure the laser beam divergence angle, which determines the scope of detection of laser fuze. The character of the laser beam emitted from the laser fuze was described. Besides, according to the propagation characteristics of Gaussian laser through a lens, the laser beam divergence measurement can follow the measurement of the laser beam diameter in the focal plane of a lens. Moreover, several key parts in the test of laser beam diameter which affect the accuracy of the results were presented in detail, such as the determination of CCD integration area, background map subtraction. The measurement results and their uncertainty indicate the measurement methods are reliable and accurate.
