摘要

文中主要从导弹自动驾驶仪设计的角度出发,讨论舵机的性能分析方法。推导了导弹对舵偏角与舵偏角速度的需求;从舵机实物测试数据中提取信息,大致了解舵机的性能,进一步判断舵机系统是否满足使用要求,并尝试建立较为准确的舵机线性化仿真模型;通过对舵机非线性环节的分析,给出了消除或减弱非线性环节影响的措施,这为自动驾驶仪设计提供了有效的数据支持。仿真结果表明所采用的分析方法与措施是有效的。

Abstract

In view of missile autopilot design, the performance analysis method of actuator was discussed. The demand of actuator angular and angular velocity was deduced. The difference of actuator and actuator model was analyzed in this paper. Actuator performance was gained approximately by collecting information from actuator test data. Whether the actuator system is meet the need of autopilot was estimated. The exact linearization simulate actuator model was tried. By studying actuator nonlinear element, the measures to eliminate and weaken the influence of actuator nonlinear element were estimated. In this way, the work of designing autopilot was supported by the data in this paper. The result of simulation demonstrates the effectiveness of this technique.
