摘要

为了获得双脉冲发动机Ⅰ脉冲绝热材料的二次烧蚀特性,设计了Ⅰ脉冲二次烧蚀试验装置,开展了两个工况的烧蚀试验,试验结果及SEM分析表明,在Ⅱ脉冲气流速度较高条件下,Ⅰ脉冲绝热层表面炭化层并未对绝热材料本体起到有效的保护作用,Ⅱ脉冲绝热材料烧蚀率明显大于Ⅰ脉冲烧蚀率。在Ⅱ脉冲气流速度较低条件下,Ⅰ脉冲绝热层炭化层滞留在绝热层基体上起保护作用,Ⅱ脉冲绝热材料烧蚀率明显降低。

Abstract

In order to obtain the second adiabatic characteristic of I pulse adiabatic materials at double pulse motor, and I pulse the second adiabatic device has been designed and two kind of erosion experiments have been done. Experiments and SEM results indicate the carbonized layer could not protect the adiabatic layer from ablation at higher II pulse flow velocity, the II pulse erosion rate is high obviously compare with I pulse of adiabatic materials erosion rate. While the adiabatic layer could not be removed at lower II pulse flow velocity, the carbonized layer could protect the adiabatic layer and the ablation rate of adiabatic layer would be decreased.
