摘要

为了研究双层药型罩内外层材料特性对破甲威力和成型的影响,文中通过试验和数值模拟研究方法,初步得出了药型罩内外层密实性、延展性、强度、熔点对双层EFP破甲威力的影响规律。研究结果表明:外层使用密实性偏小、延展性好、强度低的材料,而内层使用密实性大、延展性好的材料有利于提高破甲效果。试验结果与模拟结果比较相符。

Abstract

In order to study the impact of inner and outer liner materials on double-layer shaped charge into tandem EFP and penetration power, through experimental study and simulation study, the effect of density of inner and outer layer type, extensibility, strength, melting point on penetration power of EFP was got. The research result shows that penetration can be improved by using materials with low density, good extensibility and low strength for outer layer and low density, good extensibility for inner layer. The experimental results agree with numerical simulation results.
