摘要

针对运动圆柱体入水冲击问题,应用结构振动学理论及相关求解方法,研究了圆柱体在垂直入水时与水面发生碰撞瞬间轴向受到水面冲击载荷作用时的振动响应,建立了数学模型,并利用动力学仿真软件对其入水过程进行了仿真计算,同时与试验数据进行了对比分析,验证了解析法的正确性。结果表明圆柱体材料弹性模量、截面积、质量和长度对其响应有很大影响,使用文中所采用的解析法可以计算运动体轴向撞水瞬间的振动响应,可为空投入水弹药壳体设计提供理论参考。

Abstract

According to enter water the impact problem of air-drop ammunition, the structure vibration theory with relevant solution was used to research on the cylinder vibration response along the axial direction when it entered the water with vertical attitude and received instantly impact loading. The mathematical model was established and dynamic simulation software was applied to simulation calculation the process of water entry and the result were compared and analyzed with the test data, the correctness of the analytical method was verified. The results show that the cylinder material elastic modulus, sectional area, quality and length has a great influence on its response, With the analytic method, the vibration response of the movement body hitting water instant with vertical attitude can be computed, the results can provide theoretical reference to design aerial water entry ammunition shell.
