长径比及着靶姿态对钨柱极限穿透速度的影响

摘要

为了解长径比及着靶姿态对钨柱破片极限贯穿速度的影响,在试验基础上,通过仿真研究不同长径比下,钨柱(23g)侵彻10mm厚的40Cr靶和均质装甲钢的极限穿透速度随着靶姿态的变化情况。研究结果表明:长径比和着靶姿态是影响极限贯穿速度的重要因素,在一定重量条件下,当长径比为0.8,着靶姿态对极限贯穿速度的影响较小,当长径比大于1.2,着靶姿态对极限贯穿速度的影响非常明显。这一结论为破片战斗部设计提供重要的参考依据。

Abstract

In order to understand the influence of aspect ration and hitting attitude on limit penetration velocity of tungsten cylinder, on the basis of experimental research, 23g tungsten cylinders with different aspect ratio penetrating 10mm targets of the 40Cr and the shielded steel, the change of limit penetration velocity under different hitting attitude was studied by numerical simulation. The results show that aspect ratio and hitting attitude of the tungsten cylinders are important factors affecting limit penetration velocity. Under certain mass condition, hitting attitude has little influence on limit penetration velocity when aspect ratio of the tungsten cylinders is 0.8; Hitting attitude has great influence on limit penetration velocity when aspect ration is greater than 1.2. The study results have crucial guiding function on designs of fragment warhead.
