摘要

如何利用历年的检测数据对火箭弹控制系统的储存可靠性进行评估是迫切需要解决的问题。建立了火箭弹控制系统退化敏感参数基于Wiener过程的退化可靠性模型,给出了模型参数的最大似然估计,并以某批火箭弹为例进行了储存可靠性评估,得到该批火箭弹控制系统可靠度为0.9的储存寿命达17a,验证了该方法的适用性。

Abstract

How to estimate the rocket projectile control system storage reliability using testing data in past years is an urgent problem to be solved. The reliability model of the degradation sensitive parameters of the rocket projectile control system based on Wiener process performance degradation was established. Maximum likelihood estimation of the model parameter was given. In the end, storage reliability estimation was done in the light of certain batch of rocket projectile. The result shows that the storage life of the rocket projectile control system whose reliability value equals 0.9 is 17 years so that the applicability of the method is verified.
