摘要

为深入研究电枢在激励电流作用下的运动特性,基于电磁驱动理论分析的基础上,通过构建系统有限元模型,借助Matlab数值分析软件及Ansys,LS-Dyna有限元分析软件分别对固体电枢进行动态仿真分析,得出电枢的加速度和速度曲线。此外,针对电枢结构进行了优化,计算结果表明随着电枢内侧曲率半径的减小,电枢的炮口速度有所增加。研究结果为进一步提高电枢发射效能提供参考。

Abstract

In order to further analyze the movement of armature under the current role, based on the analysis of the theory of electromagnetic driving, by building a system of finite element model, with the aid of Matlab numerical analysis software and Ansys, LS-Dyna finite element software, the dynamic simulation of solid armature was carried out, the acceleration and velocity curves of the armature were got. Furthermore, the armature structure has been optimized; the simulation results show that with the reduced of the inner curvature of the armature, the muzzle velocity of the armature increases. The study results provide a reference for further improving armature emission performance.
