In order to further analyze the movement of armature under the current role, based on the analysis of the theory of electromagnetic driving, by building a system of finite element model, with the aid of Matlab numerical analysis software and Ansys, LS-Dyna finite element software, the dynamic simulation of solid armature was carried out, the acceleration and velocity curves of the armature were got. Furthermore, the armature structure has been optimized; the simulation results show that with the reduced of the inner curvature of the armature, the muzzle velocity of the armature increases. The study results provide a reference for further improving armature emission performance.
