摘要

由于连发时群目标分辨及高速启动技术难题,高射速火炮弹丸初速测量一直是一个难点。文中采用基于距离分辨的时间—距离—频率分辨的方法来区分多目标,满足了高射速火炮连发时的群目标分辨要求;采用红外触发结合微波触发方式,用微波信号发生器照射炮口,当炮弹出膛后,接收到的多普勒回波产生突变,对突变进行检测,获得弹丸的出膛时刻,克服炮口连续火焰的影响。最后,给出了初速测量样机示意图,对以后高射速连发弹丸初速测量的总体设计提供参考。

Abstract

In view of unresolved targets and high-speed start technology during ripple fire, muzzle velocity measurement is still difficult. The time-distance-frequency method based on the distinguishment of distance was used to distinguish multi-objective in this article. It can meed the unresolved targets demand for ripple fire. Infrared trigger combined with microwave trigger mode was used in this article. Continuous wave radar was used to designate muzzle, when projectile was ejected from muzzle, the received Doppler radar echo signal had a mutation. When detecting and locating the mutation signal, the time when the projectile leaving from muzzle was got. It can overcome the effect of flame noise. In the end, prototype schematic was given. It can provide the references for the final design for muzzle velocity test of ripple fired projectiles.
