With the development of missile flight speed, traditional quartz ceramic material is not capable of meeting the more severe requirement of design strength. The domestic and foreign development of silicon nitride on air-to-air missile radome was introduced in this paper. Based on the design principle of air-to-air missile radome, the silicon nitride radome, which can satisfy certain missile radome under certain flying condition, was designed by means of simulation. This paper verifies the feasibility of silicon nitride on air-to-air missile radome.
