摘要

为了研究高原环境对冲压式气动舵机工作特性的影响,建立了一种冲压式气动舵机的数学模型,并以此为基础进行仿真研究。结果显示气源压力减小会降低舵机振荡线性化精度,输入端控制信号幅值过大会引起舵片饱和,导致舵机控制力不足。分析表明,为保证冲压式舵机在高原环境下的正常使用,需重点关注气源压力和控制信号幅值的变化范围。关键词:高原环境;冲压式舵机;振荡线性化

Abstract

In order to research the influence of plateau environment on ram-air rudders, the mathematical model of a ram-air rudder was created. Meanwhile, a simulation research based on the mathematical model was conducted, which indicates that the reduction of air source pressure will reduce the precision of oscillation linearization, and the excess of input control signal amplitude will cause rudder saturation, leading to inadequate rudder controlling. The research of this paper concludes that, to ensure the ram-air rudder working in well condition when applied in plateau environment, a close attention should be paid to the pressure of air-source and the range of input control signal amplitude is highly required.
