摘要

为了分析某迫弹圆柱部开孔后,对其气动特性和飞行稳定性的影响。文中根据实际情况建立了正常迫弹和开孔迫弹的模型,利用CFD软件对这两种外形迫弹的三维绕流流场进行了数值模拟计算,得到了这两种迫弹的气动参数,并进行了外弹道飞行试验。结果表明,在迫弹圆柱部开孔后,会使弹丸阻力系数增大,升力系数减小,稳定储备量降低,特别是在低马赫数情况下,可能使弹丸出现飞行不稳定。

Abstract

In order to analyze the effect of the holes in a mortar shell's cylinder part on aerodynamic characteristics and flight stability, in this paper, the normal mortar model and the model with holes were built according to actual situation. The three-dimensional flow field was simulated around the two mortars using CFD software, the aerodynamic parameters of these two mortars were obtained, and the exterior ballistics flight test was carried out. The result indicates that the model with holes in the cylinder part will increase the drag coefficient, decrease the lift coefficient and lower the stability reserve. Flight instability will occur, especially at low Mach number.
