According to the requirements of operational test for avionics system of military aircraft, this paper puts forward the design ideas of the flight test for avionics system, which are based on the analysis of the working characteristics of the equipment from the bottom up and the research of the equipment operation from the top down. According to the analysis of the working characteristics of equipment, this paper expounds three perspectives and specific methods of the analysis of the working characteristics of equipment from the perspective of system engineering, establishes the analysis concept of "complete object", and the formed theory and method have good engineering application significance.
