This research illustrates the human factor engineering of portable control launch unit. The design analyzes the human factor engineering’s contexts and factors, initially confirmed the product’s technical plan and constitute with the function requirement, and detailed each tasks operation sections by defining the device’s work task, and formed the product human factor design norm. The designer with the human factor engineering knowledge, designed the product to meet the human factor requirement. By the qualification test and user test show that the design conforms to the functional requirements. The design is feasibility and valuable for the army device’s human factor engineering design in the future.
