Aiming at the problem of rudder fault impact on missile flight control performance, based on the rudder command allocation model and the analysis of the impact mechanism, a fault-tolerant control algorithm for the failure of one servo and a fault-tolerant control algorithm for the failure of two servos were proposed.The algorithm could redistribute normal rudder commands when some rudders are faulty, and compensate the disturbance torque caused by the faulty rudders. Simulation results show that the algorithm can eliminate the impact on single rudder failure, reduce the interference caused by double rudder failures, and ensure that the missile hits the target.The research in this paper is beneficial to improve the reliability of the missile system.
