研究了弹箭产品装配过程中静态电气检测环节和内容的设置。通过对产品的装配流程分析,提出了部件状态、通电筛选前状态、总装状态3个检测环节,并基于检测环节的设置原则,明确了各环节的检测内容,构建了弹箭产品整个装配过程的静态电气检测框架。研究结果能够有效验证弹箭产品的的装配正确性,提高产品的装配质量。

This paper discusses the setup of static electrical test steps and content of missile product. Through the analysis of the product assembly process, three test steps of component status, pre-power screening status and assembly status are proposed. Based on the setting principles of test steps, the content of each step is clarified. The setup of test steps and content to construct the static electrical testing framework of the whole assembly process. The research results of this paper could effectively verify the assembly accuracy, improving the assembly quality of product accordingly.
