This article is based on the shooting range test and the short range of most of the existing small-scale measurement equipments that do not have the function of time unification. A small, low-power unified time range device for the shooting range is designed in five aspects such as time module, CPLD internal logic control unit, MCU data analysis, trivial module and low power consumption, which ensures the time uniformity and measurement accuracy of each test equipment in the distributed range test.The high-speed counter is used to check the time-lock error of the device. The time-error is only 0.5 μs, which meets the design index requirements.
