In solid propellant rocket engine, the thickness of the coating will affect the charge quantity and the performance of the solid rocket motor. In this paper, a solid propellant rocket engine inner surface measurement system was designed. Firstly, the D-H model was used to obtain the 3D point cloud data of the inner surface of solid propellant rocket engine. Secondly, the mean filtering method based on the design radius R of solid propellant rocket engine was used to simplify the point cloud data. Finally, the Delaunay triangulation surface is reconstructed and colored. The utility model realizes the marking of wear and the area needing to be polished, and has strong practicability.
