In order to improve the reliability and efficiency of the test data processing of standard solid testing motor, an automatic algorithm of the calculation on burning time is proposed in this paper. Based on the maximum curvature algorithm, the burning time is determined by the actual pressure-time curve of the standard Ф127 mm solid testing motor. Compared with the bi-tangent method, the result data is unique and not affected by human factors under the condition of constant parameter setting. After the optimization and improvement of the algorithm, the average time difference between the two methods is within 5 ms, which can be used the actual data processing of standard solid motor.
