Based on the linear viscoelastic model, dynamic crack-tip fields of propellantgrains structure contains precrack under the ignition pressurization conditions is studied by numerical method. Stress singularity is existence at the crack tip and a very small area near the crack tip, and the front end of the crack is mainly subjected by tensile stress.The crack tip stress strain gradually decreases with the increase of the distance r and tends to a constant value. When θ is between 0° and 90°, the maximum principal stress and hoop strain increase with the angle increases, and when θ is between 90° and 180°, it gradually decreases as the angle increases.Based on the finite element calculation results, the open stress fields in crack-tip ahead are analyzed, and the dynamic stress intensity factors are obtained, and compared with the dynamic fracture experimental results, the fatalness of crack initiation is predicted.
