摘要

针对高自旋弹丸的转速测试问题,基于高等动力学及电磁学原理推导了在任意空间转动运动中薄膜线圈的输出公式并进行了模拟仿真,研究了基于薄膜线圈输出信号相位信息的转速测试原理及半周期的确定方法,并进行了实弹测试,对薄膜线圈输出信号进行小波消噪后,通过本方法得到的转速曲线和遥测结果是一致的,说明文中的转速测试方式是行之有效的。

Abstract

For the rotational speed test of high spinning projectile, based on the principles of advanced dynamics and electromagnetism, the output signals formula of the thin film coils with spatial rotation were derived, and simulation was made, rotational speed test principle was studied based on output signals' phase information of the thin film coil and the method of determination of half-cycle was discussed, and the real test of projectile was conducted, after denoising output signals of the thin film coil by wavelet, the rotational speed curve obtained by the method discussed in this paper was consistent with the curve by telemetry. It shows that the test method of rotational speed discussed in this paper is effective.
