摘要

为了获得捷联惯性导航系统的维修性信息,利用FMECA分析方法,对捷联惯性导航系统进行了维修性信息分析,得到了捷联惯性导航系统各部件的故障模式,及其影响、危害性和基本维修措施,为维修设计中的确定维修项目和要求、制定故障查找程序以及确定保障资源要求提供输入信息。该方法避免了传统维修性分析方法的盲目性和主观性,其分析结果更加全面和客观。

Abstract

Strapdown inertial navigation system maintainability information was analyzed by the failure mode, effect and criticality analysis (FMECA) method for obtaining failure modes of strapdown inertial navigation system and their effects, criticalities and basic repairing measures. It offered the input information for confirming repairing items and requests in servicing design, issuing troubleshooting procedures and confirming the support resource request. The method avoids the blindness and subjectivity of traditional method, and the analysis results are more comprehensive and impersonal.
