摘要

利用数值模拟手段分析车载导弹行进间发射的动力学特性以及可行性。基于路面功率谱密度函数和随机数理论,创建了两侧不对称的三维随机土石路况模型;基于虚拟样机技术、有限元方法建立了战车系统行驶与发射一体化动力学模型;对不同车速和不同等级路面的行进间发射进行了动力学仿真。得到了战车及装置的动态响应情况、导弹的过载及运动特性和车速及路况对发射的影响规律。结果表明,行进间发射对车速和路面等级有一定限制。

Abstract

By ways of the numerical simulation, it analysis the dynamic performance and the feasibility of the mobile missile launching on the move. It creates the three-dimensional randomly earth rock road model based on the power spectrum density function of the road and random number theory. It builds an integration model of the system for running and launching based on the virtual prototype technology and finite element method. It does the dynamic simulations for the launch on the move under different velocities and rank road conditions. It obtained the dynamic response of the track and device, the overload and motion characteristics of the missile, the influencing law to the launching of the velocity and road condition factors. The research results show that launch on the move have limit on the vehicle velocity and road condition.
