空空导弹测试点优化问题研究

摘要

针对导弹系统可测试性设计和故障诊断中的测试点选取问题,以相关性模型为基础,综合测试费用等因素提出了不同测试级别测试点优选方法和故障诊断策略。根据系统信号流关系建立拓扑有向图,得到相关性矩阵;根据测试点对故障检测、隔离或定位贡献大小及其费用的分析确定各测试点的价值度量。选择测试点,确定出优化的故障诊断策略。结果表明,用文中所提出的方法进行测试点优化选取,可以很好的满足不同测试级别的测试要求。

Abstract

In order to optimize the selection of test points in the design of missile system for testability and fault diagnosis, considering integrative factors such as test cost, an efficient algorithm of the test point selection and fault diagnosis strategy of different test level was presented based on the dependency matrix. According to the signal flow, the relative modal was established. By analyzing the contribution of each test point to fault detection and fault isolation as well as the test cost, the value of each point was confirmed. Select right test point and the fault diagnosis could be fixed. The result shows that using the method put forward in the paper to optimize the selection of test points can commendably meet the need of different test level.
