摘要

为了进一步提高金属射流量和破甲深度,设计了单锥和双锥药型罩相结合的两种不同结构的串联药型罩,且利用Truegrid和有限元软件LS-DYNA对两种聚能射流的形成及侵彻钢板的过程进行了数值模拟。结果表明:这两种结构均能很好的形成射流,能够有效提高射流对靶板的侵彻深度,且以双锥罩为前级的装药结构形成的射流比以单锥罩为前级的装药结构形成射流的速度要高,前者的穿孔孔径较后者要大,在相同条件下,前者对靶板的穿深较后者要深。

Abstract

To further enhance the metal jet and the perforation depth. Two different structures of series of liner are designed by a single cone and double cone liner. Two shaped charge jet formation and penetration process has been performed using Truegrid and finite element software LS-DYNA. Essential analysis and conclusion has been drawn out. The results show that the structures form a good jet, can effectively increase the penetration depth of jet, and this kind of structure for the former double cone Charge-level has high velocity than the single cone cover charge for the class structure. The former has high performance which can get large diameter and high depth whole in penetration than the later under the same conditions.
