建立了35mm集束穿甲弹的物理模型,使用大型流体计算软件Fluent计算了其在不同马赫数下的阻力系数分布和前腔所受气动力分布规律。为了减小脫壳时外弹托对弹芯的机械干扰需要调整前腔的尺寸,计算了不同前腔尺寸下弹前腔所受的气动力变化,为下一步脱壳分析做好准备。

A 35mm cluster armor piercing ammunition physical model was established, and then the drag coefficient and aerodynamic force in different Mach number were calculated using Fluent software. To reduce the mechanical jamming in the discard moment, resizing the front cavity dimensions was needed. Finally, the dynamic characteristics with different front cavity dimensions in discard moment were calculated, and this got preparation for later discarding analysis.
