On the base of analyzing the technical requirement of dynamic flowability of explosives, for it is difficult to measure dynamic flowability of explosives in the technological process of step assembly, an overall design scheme on automatic test system was proposed according to three dimensional reconstruction and dynamic weighing methods. In this paper, a step assembly simulation unit of explosives was adopted to simulate the technological process of step assemblers, and measurement and control system, including the dynamic weighting, image collecting, processing and controlling was designed, in order to realize the test of dynamic flowability of explosives in the technological process of assembly. According to the test results, it is shown that the system is of reasonable design, stable performance, and can be applied in the dynamic flowability research field of powder drugs.
