可靠性指标分配是可靠性设计中的一个重要环节,针对工程设计人员可靠性指标分配经验不足和较不合理性,文中结合小口径火炮弹药特点,提出了与之相适应的实用可靠性指标分配的原则和方法,以某航空杀伤爆破燃烧弹的改进研制为例,从分析提高可靠性和爆破威力等战术技术指标入手,采用专家评分法,分析如何进行可靠性指标分配与计算,为实际应用提供参考。

Reliability assignment is an important part of design. But now, the engineering designers don't have enough experience in it. According to the small-caliber artillery ammunition characteristics, the efficient principle and methods were introduced for the reliability assignment in this paper. As an example, an anti-aircraft projectile was taken. The reliability assignment and calculation were carried out by using experts grading method, and this can be a reference for similar application.
