摘要

为增强冲压发动机补燃室内燃料与空气的掺混效果,提高二次燃烧效率,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型和单步快速化学反应,通过非结构网格上的SIMPLE算法,对不同进气形式的冲压发动机二次燃烧流场进行了数值模拟,获得了流场参数分布。研究表明采用一次进气方式和增加两进气道间夹角的方法均可增强燃料与空气在补燃室内的掺混效果,二次进气方式有利于补燃室的热防护。研究结果为冲压发动机的设计提供了一定参考。

Abstract

After-burning flow fields in ramjet of different inlet modes were numerically simulated using RNG k-ε turbulence model and one-step fast chemical reaction by the SIMPLE method based on unstructured meshes, which was for enhancing the mixed effect of fuel and air in ramjet chamber and improving after-burning efficiency. The distribution of flow field parameters was acquired. The computational results show that fuel and air are better mixed and combustion efficiency is enhanced using one inlet mode and increasing angle of two inlets, and two inlets mode is propitious to thermal protection of chamber. All those provide references to designers.
