根据整体式固体火箭冲压发动机的工作情况,分析了尾喷管堵盖的设计要求,确定了环氧树脂胶的粘接方案,提出了易碎式堵盖和简易球面堵盖两种设计方案。通过有限元仿真对方案进行了优化设计,并对简易球面堵盖进行了验证试验,结果表明该方案满足设计要求。

The design requirements of nozzle closure were analyzed based on the working condition of integral solid-rocket ramjet. The epoxy resin adhesive was selected as a bond, and two projects including the frangible closure and the simple spherical surface closure were designed. Both of them were optimized by using the finite element simulation. Finally, the verification test was conducted for the simple spherical surface closure. The result shows the scheme met the requirements.
