摘要

针对某头螺生产率低的主要问题,在保证头螺开舱性能良好的前提下,通过对头螺开舱机理的研究,建立了裂纹扩展方向与材料微观组织参数之间的关系模型,且指导制订了收口法和整体挤压法两套工艺方案,经计算机模拟,初步预测了新工艺成形产品微观组织变化符合开舱裂纹扩展要求,研制得到合格的头螺产品,并且其开舱性能测试合格。综合实验结果,应优先选用收口法成形头螺,比原工艺节约材料约4.8kg。

Abstract

Focused on the low productivity of one bullet, with the prerequisite of better smashing performance of the bullet, the relation model between fracture expansion direction and material's microstructure factors was established by analyzing the mechanism of the fracture expansion with the smashing. Two schemes were worked out under the guidance of the model, which included closing in extrusion method and whole extrusion method. The microstructure of the product met the fracture expansion requirement, and had been predicted preliminarily by computer simulation. The qualified products were made and the tests of their smashing performance were acceptable. The closing in extrusion method should be first selected according to the experiment results, which saves 4. 8kg norm material than original method.
