To meet requirement of rapid collimation for rocket& missile launchers, it is necessary to evaluate the efforts of rapid collimation. Thus, reliability of a launcher can be met. The simulation and analysis of a launcher was achieved by uniting ADAMS and ABAQUS in this paper. The bearing loads of important parts in different drive modes were analyzed and compared by means of ADAMS software package. According the loads, the process of FEA was given and the consequential distribution of stress about the concerned part was obtained. According the result of FEA, some unreasonable parts can be improved; the reliability of whole launcher was guaranteed.
