摘要

根据MEMS系统微小型化的要求,以引信MEMS安全与解除保险机构的驱动方式为研究对象,针对电磁驱动器结构尺寸大的缺点,提出一种新型电热微驱动器结构及其加工工艺。仿真表明,该电热微驱动器在3V电压下可以产生足够的位移直到完全解除保险,体积小,结构简单。

Abstract

According to the requirement for miniaturized MEMS system, the driving mode of the S&A device was researched as the object. Focused on disadvantage for the large size of the electromagnetic actuator, a new form of thermal actuator and its process were proposed. Simulation results prove that the thermal actuator with small volume and simple structure, can generate adequate displacement for completely arming in the voltage of 3V.
