摘要

在结构空间受限的条件下,为保证供弹系统满足高射速和足体积要求,使系统功率最小并保障充足的携弹量,据此展开可行的多结构组合,仿真分析和比较优势分析,以及传递链接模式深入研究;分析和研究结果认为箱式无链供弹与多层闭合弹带式高速无链供弹组合是适用于多态要求较理想的供弹结构模式,此模式已为某机高射速研究所采用,且可推广应用于车载、舰载以及智能化高射速武器系统。

Abstract

As for limited space of the structure, the feeding system should not only meet the requirement of high firing rate, but also keep the system power at minimum, it is necessary to meet the volume requirements for ensuring the sufficiency of the carrying capacity. Based on this, the feasible combination of multi-structure can be used for simulation analysis, advantage comparison analysis, and deep research on transmission connection mode. The analysis and research results show that it is a perfect structural model for shell feeding system in various forms of the combination with link less box-type feeding system and the elastic feeding system at high speed by closed belt. This model has been used in a research of high rate firing system at fighter, and it can be widely used in vehicles, ships and intelligent weapons system in high feeding system.
