反应装甲干扰射流过程数值模拟

The Simulation of the Process of ERA Interfering with Shaped Charge Jet

摘要

文中应用三维有限元程序(LS-DYNA),对射流侵彻反应装甲飞板运动变形及干扰射流的过程进行数值模拟,对比实验结果,反应装甲飞板运动与变形过程与实验结果基本一致。数值模拟结果还表明:射流斜侵彻反应装甲时,飞板不仅对射流具有“切割”作用,同时还使后续射流发生偏转,射流偏转速度与卵石模型基本吻合。

Abstract

By applying dynamic soft 3-D LS-DYNA, the shaped charge jet with its penetration into explosive reactive armor(ERA) and the moving process of flying panel were simulated. Compare its results with experiment, the moving and deformation process of flying panel shows good consistency. The simulation results also show in oblique interaction, the moving plate can cut the shaped charge jet and deflect the subsequent jet. The jet deflection velocity shows good agreement between the simulation and "pumper model".
