摘要

通过火箭炮可靠性鉴定试验与评估方法的实例介绍,阐述应用于外场可靠性统计试验中的要点和原则,针对确定试验方案的两个关键问题进行分析,给出解决问题的办法,提出了火箭炮外场可靠性鉴定试验应用方法。文中方法适用于可靠性鉴定试验方案中故障判据数较小的情况,尤其是在试验经费不足的情况下,具有一定推广价值,同类产品确定可靠性鉴定试验时可以参考。

Abstract

Based on introduction of reliability qualification test method of rocket launcher, the essentials and rules used in field reliability statistics test of the rocket launcher were elaborated and two critical problems in determining test scheme were analyzed. In this paper, the solution to these problems and an improved field reliability qualification test method for rocket launcher were was puts forward. This paper can be referred for reliability qualification test schemes with few data for judging trouble, especially when the test fund is not adequate. The experiences are helpful for similar products' reliability qualification test.
