In order to study the effect of curing temperature and heating rate on the uniformity of fiber optic package curing, this paper simulates the process of wire pack curing based on the theory of composite material mesoscopic mechanics. The results show that the curing process is from the outside to inside, and the increase of curing temperature can shorten the curing time, but it will increase the maximum temperature difference and maximum curing degree difference, which will lead to the difference of line pack curing uniformity, and the effect of heating rate on curing uniformity is not significant. The results provide reference for the design of curing process parameters.
