Considering the characteristic which it is difficult to measure and evaluate the operational effectiveness of missile weapon system, the basic structure and typical operational process of supersonic air-to-ground missile were analyzed, beyond that a new index system of operational effectiveness evaluation was proposed in order to improve the accuracy of efficiency's ranks among missiles. On the basis of two kinds of grey weighted incidences, which can be constituted a synthetic model, the index system was quantified rationally to evaluate or sort the integration operational efficiency in the contestant missile weapon systems. Finally, an example was applied to verify the evaluation result was consistent with reality, which may provide references for developing new missiles for coherent units.
