To promote the availability of attitude and heading reference system (AHRS) for high dynamic guidance flight, a new algorithm of ADAHRS (air data AHRS) based on self-adaptive Kalman filter was presented, the air data was used to eliminate the movement acceleration from the measurement, and the problem of attitude correction and heading in high-dynamic guidance flight was solved. The algorithm is designed and applied to MEMS system. The result of vehicle-borne proves that the algorithm is reasonable, feasible and robust to be applied to missile or aircraft with high maneuver.
