This paper presented the item of composite guidance handover performance laboratory evaluating system of XX anti-ship missile. After the track and acquisition probability influenced by infrared mid-terminal handover error and the probing error of infrared device were analyzed, it can be used as an error analyzing standard of the missile design. At last, the factors causing probability changing were simulated and analyzed, and also the best situation of mid-terminal handover was analyzed to make this situation be as a design standard for missile design.
