A novel combination method was proposed for conflict evidence. DICE index was introduced for calculating the similarity between two bodies of evidence, consequently the summation of similarity between each evidence and others was obtained. The normalized credibility was applied to obtain credibility-averaged evidence, which was used to verify and modify the original evidence, and Dempster-Shafer rule was applied in evidence combination. The numerical experiments show that the combination result of the proposed method is rational.
