摘要

为综合分析非线性滤波在只测角跟踪应用中的性能,文中给出了二维空间动态系统估计的克拉美罗界递推形式,对扩展Kalman滤波(EKF)、转换瑞利滤波(SRF)、无迹Kalman滤波(UKF)、容积Kalman滤波(CKF)和粒子滤波(PF)进行了实验仿真研究。结果表明CKF和PF可以获得高于其他滤波的精度,CKF的运算量又远低于PF,CKF可以获得精度和时效性的有效折衷。

Abstract

The iterative form of Cramer-Rao bound estimated by the two-dimensional dynamic system was presented for comprehensive analysis of the performance of several classical nonlinear filters applied in bearing-only tracking. The extended Kalman filter shifted Rayleigh filter, unscented Kalman filter, cubature Kalman filter and particle filter were compared with each other through simulation experiments. Simulation experiments show both the CKF and the PF can obtain better accuracy than other filters. The computation cost of the CKF is lower than that of the PF. The CKF reaches perfect balance between accuracy and computation cost.
