摘要

根据某火箭炮特点,为其设计最优的闭锁挡弹器。通过理论计算出了该火箭炮所需闭锁力的大小,并以此确定了所需卡簧闭锁器的结构参数。建立了该闭锁挡弹器和火箭炮结构动力学模型,通过仿真分析研究了预紧量和卡簧厚度变化对闭锁器力学特性的影响,并分析了在不同的闭锁力情况下火箭炮发射装置动力学响应特性,通过对比分析得到了适合该火箭炮的闭锁挡弹器。计算结果对火箭炮闭锁挡弹器的设计和分析具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

The best latching rocket retainer was designed according to the feature of a rocket launcher. The magnitude of locking force needed by the rocket launcher was obtained via theory calculation, and structure parameters of the latching rocket retainer were obtained by these. The structural dynamics model of the latching rocket retainer and the rocket launcher was established. Results were obtained by applying different pre-tightening and thickness to locking plate to determine the effect of locking force via simulation analysis, and the dynamic characteristics of multiple launcher systems were studied by simulations based on different locking force. The best latching rocket retainer was obtained by analyzing the dynamic response parameter of the multiple rocket launcher. The calculation results provide the academic basis for the design and analysis of latching rocket retainer of a rocket launcher.
