As a new device, the velocity measurement system's data processing method and precision are focus for exterior trajectory data processing. According to the data features, the fusion algorithm based on the least square estimation was put forward, and the error analysis model and the precision model were presented by error propagation principle. The algorithm, as a new technological access to data processing of velocity measurement system, was effectively used in past tasks. It can advance the data processing precision to support reliable results for rocket departments.
