Target Tracking Algorithm in the Presence of Smart Noise Jamming

In the presence of smart noise jamming, the target detection probability decreases and the jamming have strong conceal-ment ability. Aiming at this complicatedness, the TOMHT tracking algorithm was accomplished. At first, smart noise jammingwas discriminated by receiver detection threshold. Later measurements were used to estimate target state by TOMHT algorithm.Track management in different region was also considered. The simulation results show that this algorithm presented by this paperhas adaptability and good performance for smart noise jamming and has value for engineering application.
